2008 was a very strange year for Stage 5
indeed!!  From the mudslide Landrush
to being flood evacuees,  then came the shotgun camping
with our friends scatted all over Winfield and Cowley County,
ending with the Dustfest at the Cowley County Lake!

We managed to survive and make the best of several
strange situations.  We got to camp with our friends from
Stillwater, Froggy Mountain, Kansas Acoustic Arts, & Stage 6!!
And in a scaled down version Stage 5 still rocked!

We moved Stage 5 and all her entourage & regalia a total of
five times, (I suppose that number seems appropriate) to her
final location on Saturday morning.

We are looking forward to being back in the
Pecan Grove in September!!

 2008 was our 22nd year for Stage 5 at the
Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas.  

Thanks for 22 great years!
